  I went here to order a bed and the sales staff was very kind, respectful and helpful. This was the first bed I ever purchased on my own, so the staff was very patient with me and got me the exact bed I was looking for. The sales staff (Nina & Lopez) did their best to work with me to try to get me a reasonable price based on what I was willing to spend, and I was very satisfied with the amount I spent. The bed arrived a week later and I loved it! After going to the store, I can definitely understand why other customers left some of the reviews that they did, by my advice would be to not judge the store based simply off the reviews alone and go check it out for yourselves. Talk to the sales staff in person. They're very easy to talk to and if you know what you want, they'll do all they can to help you. Everyone's experience is different, but if you know what you want and you're determine to get it, you will. The process was very simple for me and I will definitely recommend this place to friends in the future!

  Sales marketing and presentation was superb just like regular furniture sales representative they will honey you to pieces to make purchase. Really i saw what i love and it was multi functional for me. Delivery wasn't on time and i was like oh well not a problem. I noticed defect like a week afterwards and i called first day nicely, my call was transferred held on for like forever. I call back and i was given the runaround manager not available like can't i speak to someone else call ends abruptly. Next day i called nice lady i explained to her she told me send an email with pictures of the said defects and before the end of the day i sent an email with my name,date of purchase,receipt number the whole 9 yards. All along i was so frustrated the lady said she will call me back but i dont trust them cos i got a run around 24hrs earlier so i stay on top of it and i call like over 4hrs later and i got oh office is busy the guy to service isn't working there no more i was like how should that be on me. I wasn't looking for same day service no i just wanted and agreement set for service and hold them to their words, no empathy whatsoever need i say i paid for all the furniture with protection! Essence of customer service was void and the manager Manny or Danny was so rude plus oh my jesus take this wheels. I was so pissed off by something a sales rep with Raymour and Flanigan would have diffused so nicely by being professional, empathic and polite. Look before you leap people!!!

  Great place i was greeted upon entering with smiles and a welcome. no pressure to purchase anything and i got what i went to get for a steal in my book. bought a couch set. bedroom set and tv stand. worth it
