  My wife and I had 4 different HVAC companies out to our house and all of them said we should spend $5,000-$6,000 on a brand new airhandler. The issue was the cracked pan in the attic unit. Jake, our thech, explained that the plastic pans don't typically crack. He found the real cause of the problem - a small white piece that needed to be tightened. Everyone else was trying to sell us something and Jake was trying to solve our problem. We will need a new unit at some point and we'll call them when we do.

  My wife called at 7 am and reached Even. We were impressed that someone actually answered the phone, rather than the usual routine of reaching voicemail and getting called back hours...or days...later (if at all). Even said that he could be at our home at 9:30 am.(amazing turnaround time). He arrived right on time.    He was meticulous in cleaning a furnace that had not been cleaned in at least 25 years. In addition to his professional work, what was especially appreciated was his courtesy in answering our questions and his honesty in not recommending any unnecessary work.   We now have a new service provider to use for our heating and cooling needs. In addition, we will be recommending them to our neighbors and friends.

  This is a Phony business with a Po box. There are thousands of websites like this with no license of insurance. Beware!!
