::They took 12 hours to pick up my dad. They called me repeatedly for directions because they got lost a few times. When they arrived it was 1 kid, I was forced to help since they had no one else. Before the funeral, good thing I called to confirm everything because they were going to deliver my dad's body in a cardboard box and not the wooden coffin we had agreed to. I found the people there to be young kids indifferent to my pain and unprofessional. I expressed my dissatisfaction to a lady who worked there and she insisted I let the owners know. 6 months ago they were on the news because they mixed up the bodies.. SMH... What a disaster this place.... If I could give a negative star I would. Go to Forestlawn it'll be night and day.
