::If you are a young woman or just a group of you women traveling together be wary of parking with these people. They will be absolutely rude to you and try to take advantage of you. Probably one of the worst experience I have had customer service-wise. The team that loaded our luggage ripped one of my groups bags. After we tried to get some sort of reparation, we were met with horrible customer service blaming us for the ripped bag even though one of their drivers said they ripped the bag. Then when we got off the ship, I was leaving the deck. The attendant "helping" people leave the deck was even worse with customer service! He accused me of lying for no reason at all. He had a horrible attitude. He told me as I was leaving that I "needed some coffee." I have worked in customer service previously. This is not how you treat a paying customer. After that experience, I was ready to just get back to my group and go. As I parked and loaded up our car, I noticed that every other group had a worker help them load. Basically once I spoke up about an error on their part, my group and I get treated like garbage! Incredibly rude!

::It's a clean well lit parking garage with a shuttle. What I found to be an absolute value was the Shuttle driver we had on 3/12/18. Tony the Tiger she was full of energy and made the short shuttle ride a great way to start our vacation. On the way back the driver didn't greet us as we boarded.

::Parked here for the MOMS BALL at the Sugar Mill three blocks away. Only $30 here compared to $50 on Conv Ctr Blvd. Cash money into a numbered slot. Tow truck hovering for cheats. This lot has two gates, so in-and-out is convenient to the different one way streets on both sides of the lot.

::Pay ahead online and you will save money. Great location if you are going on a cruise, and they will shuttle you back from the port to the deck. Defiantly worth paying for.

::It's not as convenient as parking at the port itself but it is a whole lot cheaper. We paid $65 versus the $100 that the Port if New Orleans wanted in order to park in their structure. It's just a few blocks away from the terminal and there are shuttles that run just about every 5 minutes. The garage is nice and even has a little cafe in it (it was not open on the day that we were set to cruise out) that's super cute.
