  I visited for a wire transfer and was the only customer in the lobby, and the manager Marina, had me wait excessively until she figured out an internal issue, because they were about 30 minutes from closing and was shutting down AND I assume didn’t want to stay later than normal. Once she finally helped me, she had an attitude and didn’t speak to me, she went straight into asking questions about the wire. I’m not a fan of this branch because I had a similar experience before, but this time thought I’d share! I will say, her friendliness improved after a few minutes.

  I am a customer and client of Fulton Mortgage company and am very impressed with their professionalism and service. I worked with Frank Kolcenik more directly as my home mortgage lending agent and he was great! He responded to me promptly, gave me all of the ins and outs and info I needed and then some! He went above and beyond and he will do the same for you. Dottie and some of the others were great too. You won't go wrong going with Fulton!
