    Have used fuda before, great work the first time! This time started off smooth, down payment, template, once template guy (Andrew left) got a call i measured 17 sq, short!!! Asked how that's possible was advised they are "pros" this is what they do!!! Still thought to myself no way. NO COUNTERS and a family eating out was taking a toll on me plus, during all this getting married! So I obliged and paid the remaining $1105 plus TAX (my mistake), but i had a gut feeling something wasn't right. So I had the counters installed, and I wait, my brother comes over we measure low and behold I was closer in my measurements, started second guessing the time frame, and so on!! But now here comes the finger pointing, sales said fabrication error, fabrication blamed template guy, apparently situation with a seam, on paper they state I was over charged do to no seam, but i have a seam..... well they offered to refund 10 sq, total of $650.... and no refund of my tax, any refund is done, it should include tax..... cross your " t's and dot your "i's" look for the technical mumbo, jumbo...... stone did come out fabulous, installation was perfect!!!

    Since 1948, Fuda Tile stores have been and still are run by family members of the Fuda family who were born into this business and have the most experience in the tile and stone industry that anyone could have. We deal with thousands of customers from year to year and work our best on making everyone's experience the best by offering the best deals and quality products there are to offer. To address the bad reviews below, We are very sorry those people feel that way and how they express such anger towards their experience at Fuda Tile. All stories, as we all know have two sides and the people who posted bad reviews on this page were either well aware of our return policies and why we don't take back products months later with dye lots that are no longer available to us or were told a product was on backorder before they committed to place the order and when their back-order came in, they picked it up and damaged the material beyond use in their possession days after they picked up and they somehow expect Fuda Tile to take full responsibility for the damage when everything was signed for by the customer on pick up and not damaged before leaving our warehouse. We tend to sell only the best quality tile on the market but still sometimes tiles can get broken inside the boxes and we understand that and always replace the damaged goods at no charge but if it's completely damaged beyond use there's no way we would give it to anyone that way and would be very obvious to both the customer and our warehouse staff at the time of pickup. Before placing an order, we go strictly by what's told in terms of measurements by either the customer or their contractor as we don't do the actual measurements ourselves so we can't be at fault for having extra tile. Usually, if the same dye lot is still available in our stock we're happy to the take back the extra material and as long as it wasn't a special order item which is always told of such before placing an order. We just want to offer you the best prices, quality and service we could possibly offer in the tile industry we're sorry there are upset customers out there that write such bad reviews about us.     My initial experience shopping here was fine, until I had realized that I had been shorted 5 sq ft of an extremely expensive tile after I had picked up my order. When I had mentioned it to Fran who works at the front desk she just said that I had ordered the wrong amount and she has no control over my order since she wasn’t my sales associate. She made no effort to try to fix my problem and I had to end up ordering more tile and paying for it again. And on top of that I have been waiting on another order to come in that my whole renovation is waiting on. I had placed the order with Fran and she originally told me it would take a week and a half to come in. After that time had passed and still no word on my order, she told me that it may take two weeks or longer because they have no way of knowing when it will be in. I should have been told initially that it could take this long to come in instead of being mislead when placing the order. At Fuda Tile they don’t care about their customer they just care about making their next sale. And while they do have a good selection of tile I will not be returning or recommended this store to anyone. Update: I ordered two five foot saddles that took three weeks to come in after I was ensured multiple times they would only take two. Then they were shipped to their Elmwood Park location for some reasonwhich was completely out of the way for me to pick up. They were not wrapped up when they were put in my car and I specifically asked for them to be wrapped. The man that gave them to me ensured me that they would be okay and not break, and of course they broke on the way home. I called the store as soon as it happened which was within a half hour of picking them up and I was told from Fran that there is nothing they will do about it. Fran had an extremely rude attitude and refused to let me speak to a manager. She said one would call me back and I’ve now been waiting four days and have not heard from one. I have called multiple times since and every time I was told there is no one in charge that I can speak to which I find very hard to believe. This has been my worst experience with any store. I am appalled at how horrible their customer service is. All they care about is making their money and that’s it.

    Great selection for good quality tiles and materials. They provided great one on one service for helping me put it all together and having it delivered direct to my house.
