  Took my 2 week old Epiphone Les Paul custom in for a restring and possible set up. New strings are perfect and adjustments so minor I wasn’t even charged for them. Harlan knows his stuff and is incredibly honest. I honestly hate big corporate stores so I’m very happy to have found a locally owned and operated shop that I will be returning to for all my musical instrument purchases.

  Love this store, finally a place where someone will spend the time to walk you through all of your options for guitars and instruments. Very informative. Would highly recommend supporting this local Music Store. Ask for Harlan, he will take great care of you.

  In my opinion Musical Palette is an amazing guitar shop! They always have what I'm looking for and at a cheap price! I'd rather spend 6.99 on a new set of guitar strings here than 11.99 at Guitar Center! I don't do lessons here, so I don't really know how they are. Ive heard theyre good though. The new owner is really nice. He's friendly and always teaches me something I never knew about guitars. The piano section is mainly centered around electric pianos, but there pretty decent. The drum section is small, maybe 2 or 3 sets, but still good quality. The Bass Guitar Section is great too! Amazing setup and at a fair price as well. The acoustic guitar section is impressive as well! They don't carry any Taylor or Martin, but still some nice guitars!

  I've been taking piano lessons (from Jacqui) at Musical Pallette now for four years. The quality of their instructors is the very BEST! They offer instrument repair, as well as retail. . . If you need repair on a guitar (or any stringed instrument for that matter) Natalie is an artisan in that respect. Be sure to talk with her! Highly recommended.
