  WORD OF ADVICE, STOP CUTTING CORNERS AND GET A CALL CENTER WHERE REPS UNDERSTANDTHE CUSTOMER ---Called twice, (total of 57 mins and 27 secs, no exaggeration ), due to receiving an email about the item ordered not being available. The first rep, Healy, WAS HORRIBLE!!! She kept repeating herself and ME , she was unaware of how to navigate the company website, I asked for a supervisor and she stalled, never getting one, finally we agree on another item and disconnect. .2 mins later, another email of item not available. I call again, get Healy, AGAIN, ask for supervisor , get Erwin , and he's equally as unhelpful as Healy was....bottom line NEVER AGAIN, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

  Don't trust this company!!!! They don't send the product. Once you do the follow up they say they are not sending the product they already charge you for and they are not willing to give the money back. Worst experience ever
