  I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday and they sent an email saying it was delivered..when I got home, it wasn’t there nor my concierge had it. This is the second time they messed up an order for me. The other one was Mother’s Day. I will not my a third mistake and use this company again.

  Terrible company. I will never Attempt a purchase again! Valentines day 2017 my order was just skipped. No delivery, no warning, no courtesy call. It was a Groupon purchase so FTD couldn't even refund me. It was just money lost. Valentines day 2018 my order was cancelled the night of the 13th. At 11:00pm I received an email that my order was being cancelled. I called to find out what happen and was told "we are sorry" and refunded my money. Absolutely ridiculous! Cancel an order the night before Valentines day??? But hey "they were sorry." I will never waste my time with this company again!

  if i could rate 0 i totally would..... its an india company people....its not in usa.....its handled by completely incompedtent morons.......save your money and do it your self.......wow

  I paid 92 dollar for a flower that do not look nothing like the picture that i order.

  They told us hours before my Father in laws funeral that they were not able to deliver the flowers we had ordered 7 days prior, needless to say it was a devastating experience the customer service was horrible and they lied to my family.
