  Ordered blooming gardenia plant for VD present. Plant was not in bloom. Despite the pic in the ad being in bloom AND the text saying it would be in bloom. Customer service said it was not intended to be in bloom and they could not replace it with one that was. Paid nearly $90 with delivery and a small box of chocolates for what I could have gotten at Home Depot for $15. Demanded refund but that doesn't fix the ruined gift.
