::Probably the worst customer service experience that I have ever experienced. I had to transfer my prescriptions from CVS, which was always great, to Kroger (Fry's) because my insurance changed. So I went to pick up a script that I had been out of for 5 days and my test strips last night. Come to find out they tried to give me SUPER PREP for a colonoscopy and needles. Did not need either. When I asked for the script, which is a diabetic medicine, not a narcotic, the lady told me that it was too soon, that the insurance was not going to cover it. That was not the most frustrating part. It was the fact that I went in there 2 days prior to get them switched over and I was assured that there would be no problem getting them switched over. I asked if I needed to do anything else. "Oh no I will contact CVS, you are all set." I stood in line for well over 10 minutes listening to the pharmacist to explain to a customer on how to take his medication. Then to get told by the clerk, "There is nothing I can do. You will have to go talk to CVS." When I remarked "So I have to contact them when I was told that it was all taken care of." She replied, "I will make a note of it and somebody will call tomorrow, I don't have time to help you." She pointed to the people behind me. EXCUSE ME, I waited for the person in front of me. I was not rude in my dealings with this lady, to get told, "I don't have time to help you." That is inexcusable when there was 2 other employees there that could have helped. Or how about, "Sir, I will be glad to help you, but can I get to the people behind you." Just poor customer service.
