  Only been there once...and just went straight to the pharmacy...but the people in the pharmacy were so nice!

  I entered the store, went directly to the ice cream isle, picked up the fruit pop flavors I wanted and finished at the express lane with no problem. The cashier was very pleasant. That is my experience at the Fry's store today.

  Now this is a well staffed store. Just walked out of Safeway on Golf Links with only one checker and they have four open here.

  Ridiculous. The guy wouldn't let me purchase cigarettes because I have an out of state ID. Yeah I'm not from Arizona im from New Mexico but my ID is still a valid form of identification in any state. I have never had an issue the many other times I have purchased them here and it's been fine everywhere else I have purchased them from. I got tired of arguing with the old man and left. And not to mention the overall experience is dreadful, huge lines all the time, and baggers who don't know right from left. Like really on what planet is it okay to put 10+ cans in one bag? Or put eggs sideways? Or bash my dish soap in the same bag as raw chicken? Like are you okay? I used to come here because it's in walking distance from me but I'll drive to the other ones in tucson from now on.

  Standard shopping experience. They never seem to have enough registers open to deal with the customer flow unless you want to put up with checking yourself out and bagging your own groceries. Generally have plenty of carts available. Customer service desk is usually prompt even around the first of the month.
