  A phamacy assistant went out of his way to find out the cause of the long delay and simple written error in a persciption renew. Took action on the correction on his end as well as I calling my Dr's office for correction on my end. Between the both of us, the mistake was handled & my persciption was ready within one hour! I couldn't have been happier!

  Clean, well lit and we'll stocked. Frys folks are pretty friendly and helpful.

  what a nightmare.what a nightmare this has turned into with store 19 closing. Two good, wonderful ass't managers, and one head manager who appears to be the worst one ever. If the corp thinks we are going to put up with no checkers, no carry out people, and incompetent cashiers think again. The customer service dept is great.The ones brought over from store 19 are wonderful. However Frys corp needs to wake up , get enough help, enough electric carts , enough cashiers, in this store.The gas station is good.But the good atmosphere of store 19 is no where in sight.Oh how sad I am. What is going on for crien out loud???????????????????????????? everyone is saying this.For big shopping trips I w ill go to another Fry's and north 1st and Roger and just come here to get quick items and see my old friends , employees from store 19. They were the best thanks to t he superb managers at store 19.

  This store used to be the best place to shop. With the Alvernon store store closing, the clientele has changed drastically. There are not enough employees to on staff to handle the messes and lines this creates. I refuse to shop here anymore.

  Traditional Fry's, though given it's location is very busy. Staff is helpful and friendly. Parking can be challenging at times.
