  With the advent of online shopping, I don't go to stores much anymore. But I got a pc same day from Amazon, but there was no same day power supply or case. Fry's was great. Even after forgetting to use my gift card (which I've had for over a year), they were super nice and returned everything for me and made it happen. Also, they had a highly rated case for $53 that was $133 online.

  This place is good because it has everything. The low stars is because of the pointless ordering online for pick up. I work down the street and placed an order online for pick up. The order was ready around 11:00am and i went in to pick it up ar around 4:00 pm. When i walk in its not busy i go to the cashier and she scans my order. Then goes to look my order which i assumed was already ready since the email. Comes back only with two items and says she will be back. As i waited i see more then 10 differeny employees walking around not doing much. Had to wait around 30 min a pick up that i thought would be ready.

  I came in to pick up an item I had ordered online, and had received an email saying the item was ready for pick-up. First problem: the lady at check-out could not understand what I wanted, even though I showed her the confirming email. I practically had to spell out for her the name of the item. Second problem: the item was not ready (even though the email said it was). I had to wait at least 15 minutes while the lady had to go and hunt down the item for me. I would have been really ticked off if it had been pit of stock, even though the email promised it to me! Fortunately that didn't happen. The lady did finally find the item, and I was able to complete the purchase. I had to make a special trip out of my way to pick this up, because the store close to my home didn't have it. I'm glad I didn't have to make a second trip!

  Great place to locate hard to find electronic items. Prices are competitive . Customer service can be better but has improved. Sometimes price checking items is not convenient because there are no price check scanners. Large open warehouse feel with many interesting items. Nice place to browse.This store is conveniently near and easy to see from the 91 freeway.

  Delivery service SUCKS! I placed an order at 11, their ad says that any order placed by 3pm is delivered the same day. Well I got a time window of 4 hours between 4-8 pm I even got a call but no one showed up. No one called to say they would not make it.. 4 hours lost!. Good job frys!. I’ll take my business somewhere else.
