  Took forever to return an time because 1 employee was on the register while 5 other employees were chatting away and just having a good time. Service is very slow. If you ask for them to check on something in the back for you they will say yeah let me check. Once they are out of sight they drop the item and disappear. Took 40 minutes to realize they weren't looking for the item and the one I handed him ended up on a shelf 2 rows down from me. The employees are lazy and the management wants top price for damaged items that they are selling. The packaging is ripped open and the item is worn? 5 percent off original price.

  Need something for your PC? This Fry's is the place. Way more than your ordinary computer store, you'll find computer parts, As Seen on TV stuff, bits and pieces for your phone, big screen TVs, office furniture, toys, and even appliances here. Unlike other big box stores, Fry's has a desk located in each department so you'll always be able to find someone to answer your questions and help you locate what you need. To me, that alone is worth the trip across town. Plan for some extra time on your first visit, you'll probably want to just cruise the whole store.

  Lots of neat stuff to look at. Half of it I don't even know what it does, but it's still neat! The issue I had while there use that I was never once approached by a salesman, but they sure did call me about my internet order to try and sell me an overpriced "warranty" on the laptop I'd ordered. They don't cover accidental damage which is all I'm worried about and the price of the warranty is double that if their competitors. Anyway, the transaction went well and my son and I had a good time looking at all the gadgets.

  I love this place. They have an amazing selection of products you just can't find anywhere. Staff is pretty friendly most of the time. Some techies don't always have the best customer service but they get the job done. All of thw staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. Overall it's gets 5 stars from me.
