  Very bad, Wayne came in after a fire and took clothes that were salvageable and shrunk them beyond belief and then charge me $22,000 dollars that came out of my claim. If you suffered any type of insurance loss do not use them. I posted a picture of the shrinking on a $6500 python jacket.

  I became a client last year due to a very unfortunate incident. Last year my apartment was damaged very badly by all the flooding/water damage from putting out a fire in the apartment above mine. My Property Field Claims Representative with Farmers Insurance, had recommended FRSteam to help clean and restore all my wardrobe, textile, soft goods. All my clothing, shoes, bags, bedding, towels, rugs, were all taken to be cleaned and deoderizd due to the smoke and water damage. Lisa Gussack was a pleasure to work with. She was excellent, professional and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and updated with the process. All the staff that I head to deal with were very reassuring and great to work with. I was very happy and relieved with the outcome of all my goods. Almost everything was restored and it save me from having to get a whole new wardrobe and restore all my soft goods. Having a great service with impeccable customer service made a traumatic experience less stressful and I truly appreciate that.
