  Joy seeps through the walls of this ice cream joint. As they roll up my joint of ice cream and lace it with little kisses of candy love my body begins to prepare it self. I came here to celebrate my friend's birthday. He entered a boy, and left a man. Thank you forzen ice cream.

  First time to philly, first time having rolled ice cream and to have it here made it even better. Customer service was great, Ice cream was absolutely delicious. Prices are very reasonable! 7$ for the ice cream plus 3 toppings! Will definitely be back 👌🏼👍🏼

  Great spot for dessert. Delicious ice cream for a reasonable price, friendly service! Oh and try the cheesecake; they take a whole slice of real cheesecake and incorporate it into the ice cream - no artificial 'cheesecake flavoring' here.

  When it comes to ice cream, rolled is absolutely the best. I especially like it because it doesn't melt as fast as soft serve, so I can enjoy it longer. Frozen is a great rolled (the "fried" subtitle is misleading) ice cream place in Chinatown that offers a variety of flavor and topic selections. Even when busy, they operate quickly and serve generously. My favorite flavor is jasmine tea — it's hydrating, not too sweet and very refreshing. As for toppings, you get three for free but can add more for additional price. In my opinion, the best toppings are fruits, nuts, cookies and mochi. I would advise against liquid toppings (chocolate/caramel syrups and such) because the ice cream is so cold that they harden quickly (unless you like your liquid toppings crunchy). The seating is sparse, so if it's very busy, you may end up standing. But overall, this place serves delicious dessert that's worth the price!

  Delicious ice-cream for a great price!! I have been there twice.. I like the way they make ice cream. I tasted the fried ice-cream. It was very interesting to see how they make that one. People were very friendly and calm. They have got many flavours and we can customize our own ice-cream. Ambience is good. It is a good sit and eat place.We had a great experience. Parking is the only problem.
