  Phenomenal customer service, absolutely affordable for anyone, an unparalleled amount of knowledge, they walk you through and explain everything you would want to know about the products, and theyre honest about each product. I recommend anybody and everybody to go check them out. The wife is absolutely love with the ring they helped me put together.

  Customer service was absolutely fantastic. All of the other places in the building when I was shopping for an engagement ring were often condescending or stand-off-ish. Steve and Frost was kind and patient walking me through the decision, the things I was looking for. He even pointed out a few ways I could get a better deal, rather than up-selling to the top of my price range. Each time I've been back he recognizes me, asks about my jewelry, and how the wedding planning was going. We're getting our bands from there as well. The selection of bands was less impressive, but They've offered to make some adjustments and customization. They're working with us for a payment plan as well. Couldn't imagine a better experience.
