  Tellers didn't know what to do with my draft when I walked into the lobby. management couldn't help. personal bankers couldn't either. wasted my time! you do not have any business being a manager if you don't know what your tellers normally should know. the gentleman that I usually deal with was great. but if he's gone on vacation or for whatever reason, a manager should know what his job was!!!

  Frost bank has given me such good customer service even though i don't have a member ship with them that i have been meaning to open a account with them. They even paid for a lot of my education.
