::3 stars for not being open ..... we did not get the chance to rate their service. I suggested this place to my parents, based on such wonderful reviews on google, and they went there at 10am... waited and waited until 10:30am and they still weren't open. So they left and won't be returning. Hmmmmmm... I guess next time anyone plans to go... CALL FIRST.

::Working with Tom was the best decision we could make for help planning our honeymoon to the Riviera Maya. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and resorts - had loads of recommendations for our stay there and quickly took care of an issue at the airport (mix up on the part of the airline) so we could relax and just enjoy. We can't wait to book our next trip with him!
