::We sat for over an hour on 4/30 around 815pm and not once did the fountain light up. Security even said around 845pm that it should light up around 9pm. We stayed until 945. Very big disappoint especially coming from WA state and this shows as one of the top attractions on many sites. The air also smelt of burnt English Muffins from the restaurant next door.

::I don’t want to get into my experience. I wouldn't go for the service or food. The waterfront is about all it has going for it! Tonight anyway...

::Lovely place. Nice fountain. Riverwalk is amazing at dawn. Fountain is nice at night. You can even get dinner and a drink at River City on the west end.

::It was a beautiful place to be at for a stop in the area. The fountain and the architecture is magnificent, and the area has a nice family feel and everyone felt welcomed to be there (there was a little kid's party, an unrelated person's photoshoot, and a peaceful protest happening all at once, and all three parties respected the others space).

::Wow! A spectacular fountain and skyline view! I even got to see the bridge rise and fall and the Christmas tree across the river dressed in bright lights. While I was left red nosed and frosty, the walk and sights were lovely. I would love to visit again in the daytime. Lots of benches and seating, great for a picnic.
