  This is where all the hobos hang out. The druggies are here, the pimps, prostitutes, all of the evil of Duval. It is not safe at night to be here at all.

  I enjoyed the interesting art in this park, specifically the large mouth sculpture. But the park itself houses a huge population of homeless--the largest I've ever seen in such a small place.
