  Phi PHi is THEE BEST. She works quickly and is a great technical artist who understands the dynamics of different types of hair and styles. I highly recommend her! Also nice as can be!

  Like the name says "Friendly". Phi Phi does a great job styling hair for me and for the family. The service is quick, she does great work and the price is very reasonable. My girlfriend, my daughter and I have all had pedicures from Tony as well. I tell you, my feet felt so soft when he was done. Highly recommend Friendly's for hair or nails.

  The Asian Lady who does my hair is good and I prefer going to same place ever since I started living in Southern California.
