  Never would I take greyhound again I'm my life ,had a bus to the bay from here at 3pm waited till 315 still no bus go inside to check what was goen on they were rude and nonchalant about the bus or where it was at ,so crazy just got my refund and went to amtrack next door this place needs to be shut down

  A much more comfortable place for the train station. The City of Fresno spent multi-millions to renovate and modernize this historic building. There is a 7-11 across the street which is very convenient if travels are looking for anything 7-11 is selling ( figs, soda, ice cream, snacks, beer or wine and lottery tickets. Fresno City Hall is just across the street to the north of the station. United States District Court, Eastern Division is located one block west of the station.

  I made it to my destination safely. The drivers were professional. The buses were modern. I'm satisfied.

  1. They asked me to get printout of ticket anyhow in the middle of the night and did not allow me to board on bus. I had connecting bus from SJ to Fresno and then Fresno to Bakersfield. I booked online. Both ticket printout confirmation print was collected from me at SJ and then they asked me to give a copy again at Fresno to board on connection bus. I showed my email confirmation ticket. I explained situation, But they keep asking me for a printed copy I don't understand what's wrong with them. Finally managed to get on the bus after argument with staff. Very poor experience not worth it. It's rip off. 2. Poor WIFI service. 3. Uncomfortable torned out seats 4. Unsupportive staff
