::Employees Donna and Cheryl ganged up on me, a customer, when the store first opened in the morning. There were no customers and they accused me of being manipulative and rude. When I asked for examples all Donna could come up with was "you are not following the rules and I have to scan everything. When you go to sprouts you don't self-scan." I told her to stop talking down to me like a child and Donna stated right back to me " then stop acting like a child". She also mentioned I stayed too late a night last week. Donna was not even present when that occured. Once a customer arrived they shut their mouths and acted like nothing happened. This behavior of these two employees was appalling and so very unprofessional. They have been reported to the corporate office and should not be allowed to work in customer service again.

::I was running errands and noticed the store Fresh Vitamins. I thought, hey, they might have local bee pollen, I'll stop in there. I asked the clerk and she was very helpful. Also, she was very friendly and knowledgeable, letting me know that the bee pollen wasn't in now, but if I'd like to be notified when it comes in, she'd be happy to do that. Wow! Cool. So I signed up for that. I was leaving and thought, what the heck, she might know about another issue I would like to tackle. I walked out happy and with my purchase in hand! Donna was absolutely perfect with her customer service and I so appreciated her knowledge and compassionate, helpful consideration. Hey, when someone does it right, I want to shout it out!
