::I was NOT warned that I would be having teeth removed ahead of time, the procedure was incredibly painful, as the doctor did not believe that I could still feel anything, though I assured him that I could. The job was rushed because the staff wanted to leave early for the day, even though they had scheduled the appointment and I was on time. I was assured before, during, and after the visit that this was covered 100% by my insurance. However, 8 months later, I received a call from a collections agency claiming that the office had been sending me bills for $800. I never received a single bill from them. I called them up immediately, restated my insurance information and the situation,and spoke to a woman who admitted that she didn't really know what she was doing, but she would figure it out with my insurance company. Several months later, I get a notice that there is negative activity on my credit report. This office has filed a negative claim against me. I have still not received a SINGLE bill from their office, they have not returned MULTIPLE phone calls and messages, and now my credit score took a 100 point drop. Long story short: BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE!!! DO NOT VISIT!!!!

::I am so afraid of going to the dentist. I am 65 years old. I went to this dentist and he removed all four of my wisdom teeth and three others at one time. I was not asleep. Let me tell you it was the most pleasant dental experience I've ever had. This doctor is so skilled as well as nice. I did not experience any pain afterwards. I was on motrin 800 mg which was sufficient. With my fear of dentist I wish I had gone to him years ago because I know I wouldn't have lost so many teeth. I don't write a lot of reviews but I felt I had to praise his skills and good nature. Go to him you will see! Francina dunson.
