  Very helpful. Chris and Audrey are very informed and share their knowledge with the customer for the best shopping experience and to ensure you get the proper materials you need without getting the ones you do not.

  They were very helpful. We are just starting & they showed us the basics & then the products to get us started. They also had good prices on their products being either comparable or even less than ordering supplies online.

  Cool shop! Active displays of different systems to give you ideas for your own setup. I'm a hands on learner so seeing everything already functioning relieved some worry that I would mess everything up trying to do it on my own. She was filled with knowledge and tid-bits of advice that I probably can't find in some book. If nothing else, just go check out the fish ecosystem!

  I stopped by here today.....wasn't very happy with the one I was currently working with. Anyways, the experience was top. A very pleasant young woman....terrible with names 🙄anyways her personality and her spectacular service was beyond expectations. I came in with no plan...no rough draft..nothing. She was a TREMENDOUS Help. Left with much more confidence in my project. She even helped by drawing up a draft from my vague info. Totally my bad. She didn't want to sell me what she wanted to sell...she was solely intent on satisfying the customer. And doing a great job of throwing options out there. And the BEST part was, she saved me money and time with my project because of her knowledge. She definitely gained a customer. Service and good products are great, but to know the products and all the ways they can be used is...is just the icing on the cake 👍 I'll definitely be back 😁
