::This place is very unique. It has a very WIDE variety of beer and whiskey. Some very good, very aged whiskey and scotch. They literally had like 3 menus of drink lists. Come here if your a beer connoisseur because you are going to love it. Plus it’s right in the heart of the Lower East side, by Water Street, not far from Wall Street. Staff is wonderful, and nightlife is great here. Definitely will come back.

::Love the history, love the location, love the atmosphere, love the fish n chips, love the chicken pot pie, and I love the museum upstairs. I always try to go by when I’m in NYC and I always have a great experience.

::Came here with one of Jimmy Napoli's Hamilton tours. So much history and wonderful atmosphere. The Irish Coffee was super tasty!

::During my 3 day stay I dropped in this place intentionally after hearing about it being the oldest tavern and building in Manhattan. I swung in late kinda close to closing time and me and my fiancé were treated very well by the bartender who, along with a regular, treated us to a round of jokes and a demonstration of a killer bar trick!! This place is soaked with history. You should know that George Washington himself spent some time here!! One of my favorite experiences in NYC ever...
