  Me and my husband went by this place during our vacation. I walked away with some adorable boots. Highly recommend!

  I went in and looked at a pair of shoes that the sales manager said he would price match, then he said no I can't price match with online stores. He said it would need to be a store front - I showed him a store front price and he said no...I would need to have a picture of the actual shoebox and scan code. Really- don't say you price match unless you mean it. I grew up in Crossville and always shopped at French's Shoes. I am so disappointed in the fact that another store listed the same shoes for more then $20 less. I can no longer support your good ole boy, honest reputation! Not to mention that the girl waiting on me was a sweet heart and the man that was behind the counter was not even close to nice.

  Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great selection of top-name boots. I walked in wearing hiking shoes and walked out wearing new boots! Fit like a glove; could not be happier! I would have stayed in the store longer but had to fly out that night. Will be back for sure!!

  THANK YOU Josh was. Excellent! Chris has a lot of faith! Service was excellent all-around and they were very patient as I struggled to make a decision. The boots are very comfortable! We purchased two pairs one man one woman's. Chris, thank you for the extra faith, the van started!
