The prices here are so inflated that while the food and coffee are good, they aren’t worth $35 for a breakfast for two! Iced coffees are $4.50 for a large and considering you can get an entire container of their concentrated iced coffee for about $10 it is ridiculous they charge so much - especially when they put chipped ice up to the top of the cup, essentially only a few ounces of coffee are really in there. The breakfast sandwiches are good but small portions. I will not be back, but will continue to buy their concentrate at Rouses for $9.99! Edit: since the owner can’t take any criticism and decided to leave a jerky response to my legit review I will NOT be buying any products from them ever. And I used to buy a ton. Snarky business owners are the worst!

Great coffee, and delicious breakfast options. We got there just in time to order before the crowd started to build up, but there was still a bit of a wait for our hot food. (Though no wait for the pastries, if that's more your speed.) By time we left, there was a line out the door. Get there early, y'all!

Good coffee spot located near St Charles Avenue... small and clean place with tables inside and a large semi covered patio outside... We liked their coffee a lot and The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable as well! I had a great time and I was satisfied in general...

I love love love coming here. Best part: supporting small business. Not once have I had a bad experience at any of their locations. I come often enough to get a punch card and have been thankfully keeping up with it. Their coffee is absolutely unique, and not bitter (in my taste, specially compared to starbucks), and while I've only had a few food items / pastries, they have never disappointed me.

Why go to a chain, when you can get great coffee, roasted & brewed right in front of your eyes by a REAL master. The homey touches in this old double are amazing, while the state of the art brewing stands are just downright fun to watch. Delicious, smooth coffee with no bitterness. Yes, that INCLUDES the coffee and chicory. You can't go wrong here.
