  I worked with an agent years ago. We looked at several homes over the year putting in a handful of offers. Due to a number of inspections and missed opportunities, it just didn't pan out for either party. Real estate can be a tricky field with highs and lows. Overall, good office. Would recommend.

  French Quarter Realty has protected Herman Orodoyne and Paul Hopper at 631 Dauphine Street for over two decades. I lived in the lower slave Quarter for several years. During that time Paul Hopper--a low-bottom alcoholic--threatened me and other tenants with a gun. Herman subjected another tenant to sexual assault--grabbing his crotch to see how" big" he was. Paul brags that he has keys to over 40 French Quarter properties. He and Herman would go into our apartments when we were not there. Alcoholic abuse, drug abuse--IV drug use were common. Paul abuses the "N" word and the "C" word frequently. Complaints to French Quarter Realty property mangers Casey Wilkinson and Dirk Fontenot were met with absolute indifference. The absentee owner Carol Monaghan is only interested in rent money. The indifference French Quarter Realty showed to the safety of the people they rented to in this house is beyond disgraceful--to live there, with these two HIV positive monsters, is a terrifying experience. Welcome to French Quarter Realty--welcome to hell.
