::The atmosphere would have been excellent because the band was good, but guess what? It's dang there snowing in this place. I almost cursed. Wear a big coat, gloves, a scarf and a beanie or you will regret it. I don't know how they are cooking in there. The staff had on coats. The food was lukewarm. Did I say 20 below? If they cannot afford to pay for gas, maybe close until summer? IDK🙄

::Went for Super Bowl, could not get in until 2pm due to the Eagles fan club. Went in at 2pm, place was basically empty inside🤷. Ordered 8 piece mild wings and 8 piece lemon pepper wings. All the wings were cold and the lemon pepper has no seasoning on it. Sent the wings back for hotter wings, when they brought us new wings, they were just as cold as the previous order🤔. Chairs are filthy, stains all over them. The place needs some major upgrades and a new cook. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place to anyone at the moment.

::Great food, terrible management. The band didn't show and management didn't even acknowledge it. It was as if they thought no one noticed. They charged $100 to reserve a table and didnt even credit it to your bill. Music was too loud dor dinner conversation. Menu was not accurate. The poor Server wore all the hats, bartender, server, cashier, butcher baker and the candlestick maker. After 8pm the crowd becomes questionable. Overall, good location, good food, large space. Outdated decor and it smells old. Such potential to be a great place. Wish I had money to buy it, I would transform it and make it excellent. Definitely keep the cook. The gumbo was everything.

::Where do I start? I can smell food and know if it's seasoned right and therefore gonna taste right, so let me say, I knew from the aroma, the gumbo was gonna be right. And it was amazing. The catfish was good and so were the red beans and rice. The drinks were well priced, and our bartender/server/everything lady, was equally amazing. That's all the praise, I have for this place. Everything else, is why it got 3 stars. I've passed by this place for yrs and always wondered what it was like. So when my auntie (74yrs) wanted to go some place w/ music and dancing, for her bday, I figured we'd try here. My cousin made the reservation and they charged her $100 just to reserve a table. I asked does that go toward dinner? No its to gurantee the table. Well is that a charge to get in? No they don't charge. so you're just giving them $100 bones? Yep pretty much. I have never heard of this ever ( Not even in high end places) let alone marginal joints. Yes Levy (fellow poster) this place and it's clientele put the G in ghetto. It smells old, looks old, and the band never did show up. And no one apologized, in fact they didnt even mention it as if no one would notice. Where was a manager to do service recovery? Clearly the good food is what has kept them in business. This could be an amazing venue because it has the space. But it needs some good management. Get your food to go.
