  Let this be a hard lesson for all of you that sunk any money into this place before they even had artwork of the floor plan for this place. They said this place would be move in ready back in fall 2017 during the summer. Fall comes and now it's January 2018. Then spring. April for sure move in for you poor souls that got fleeced out of your money. Now move in is August or September. Where are you people even living? I hope your leases are flexible enough when this con show finally delivers. In what universe could they have built this place in the few months they advertised? A year later and the only consistent information they've given out is how exorbitant their prices are and how to get you to part with your money quicker.

  Trying to talk to a rep for 3 wks, Noting! Go down to leasing office on a Saturday (my day off) like most people who work 40 hours a week, to discover they are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Can I get a job at Fremont9. Anyway, I hope this is not how they will run the place when open. Still interested because I love downtown. Please let’s get some VEGAS customer service going here.

  Been on the waitlist for this project for what.....8 months now. Responsiveness is awful and nobody seems to know whats going on. I was really in love with this project but its been going downhill real fast. Leaning towards pulling out of this cluster

  Not worth 900 for a studio in the most crapiest part of town I pay 510 and live less than half a mile away What a rip off And their one bedrooms start at 1200 at only 500sqft smh 😧😧
