  They do a lot of harrassment. Ive lived there for more than 5 years . There to expensive and they charge u to even park in the under gorund parking which should be included in your lease , they dont have a fitness center or even a swimming pool. The management always changes and the work order take for ever for them to complete. They do a lot of profiling on u if your hispanic, african - american , or chinese desent. I have seen them in action . Dont waste or time or money on this property, not even worth it
