  The old staff was great. I loved John and Emerson. The new staff is not nearly as helpful and nice and doesn’t do great work. I had a poor experience recently taking in my city bike. It needed a new tire but it left needing a derailer adjustment and the tire now rubs on the frame when cranking hard. I’ll be taking it elsewhere to get back into great condition.

  Needed a basic tune-up. Guys were quick, did a great job, and offered good straightforward service.

  In a city with lots of bike shop choices, Freewheel really stands out. They know their stuff; they care about cyclists, and if you want, they're open to teaching you to be self-sufficient. That's the place you actually want to take your business to. I also highly recommend their maintenance class.
