  Basically.....if you ever searched up the word unprofessional, unhelpful, and useless in the dictionary it would have a picture of this place and the people in there next to those 3 words. Don't waste your time coming to this location especially the crappy location that it's in. The girls in there ...they're COMPLETE airheads. They are so useless. Only ONE person in there her name is Delia wears a suit, looks professional, actually helps, and knows what she's doing, but she's BARELY ever there so you can't even find her, every time you need her to avoid talking to those other dumbasses she's not there. It's just no point of coming here.

  I WISH there was an option for 0 stars because this agency is absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!! The location is disgusting, the agents and employees there are extremely unprofessional. WHO in the right mind hired these morons? Tattoos all over their body and face. I thought this was supposed to be a professional environment? These woman that are there dress up like hookers, NOT professional whatsoever. They're incompetent, mediocre and unreliable. I called several times for a specific agent whom her secretaries have said she will call me back (called them 3 times for her) I gave up and went down to Royale Agency and they said she left for the day. MY insurance expired due to her lack of commitment and I needed her to be there for me as we discussed a premium renewal. They are unreliable you couldn't even imagine. Parking? FORGET about it my car was hit on the side parking by their building which looks like a basement. Everything unorganized, they are extremely rude. I called once, a secretary picked up, sounds as if she's drunk every time I call and I asked for assistance and she later hung up on me, clearly she has NO CLUE of what to do, her occupation should be how she dresses, if you know what I mean.
