  Chuck the pharmacists is wonderful and very kind. He is very compassionate and very knowledgeable. He has the best surgical supply company in the Freeport area.

  Great pharmacy..Chuck is the best! he always helps me out and is very kind so are all the employees that work there. Its also great that they deliver for free

  I have never received personal assistance at a pharmacy until I visited XtraCare. The staff there are extremely personable and answered any and all questions I had. I cannot put into words the relief I felt when I left their establishment. I will continue to use this pharmacy in the future.

  They have very poor service. They had my prescription for over 3 weeks and they did not give me anything. They did not ask for insurance authorization and I called and they told me that the insurance did not give them authorization and it was a lie. I called my insurance and they said that the pharmacy had never called to ask for any authorization.
