  Bought here twice, both times were good, not perfect but good. Service department does good work. It's a little slower than you might get at a freestanding service station but they have always done extra stuff. I always appreciate the free wash with service. Everyone I've worked with at the dealership has been friendly and helpful except one finance guy on the used car side and he's no longer there. If they have a competitive price on a future purchase I would definitely buy here again.

  They take good care of me and my car. Free Wi Fi, multiple waiting rooms, vending machines and a business station for plugging in and doing business while you wait. Scott in service is my advisor.

  Great service department! They were a little slow (about an hour for oil & filter change plus tire rotation), but they were a bit busy. Of course I will always prefer slow and a job done right over fast and shoddy any day! I will definitely come back here to have my Scion service done, and contrary to what @Arslan says I am NOT a salesman.

  I would be very careful taking your car in there for service. I believe they are so strapped for business that they will revert back to the days of deception to get more billings. I took my car in there and they convinced/advised me to do an additional amount of work which was very expensive. Nothing was even broken. I put my faith in their hands and feel they took advantage of it. In these days, you are better off going to a trusted corner mechanic.
