  I would give this company 0 stars if i could. I set up a truck transport to massachusetts from phoenix on the 13th of september for the 25th. Pretty straight forward deal. The people at freedom auto transport did not call me once to reassure me or update me on status. I wanted my truck there the 8th, and tgey were not transporting it because if it left the 25th it would be there sooner than the 8th BUT they never called me to see if that was ok, which it absolutely was by the way, the just assumed and i only found out because i personally called to follow up being concerned. My truck was finally "finalized" to be transported the 27th and it is now the 30th and no one can even get ahold of the driver. Idk about the reat of you but i would not trust thos awfully structured company with my vehicle especially if you need a timely transport like me. Friemdly staff, but awful customer service. After all this time, investment and a deposit they charged me, i ended up going with another company last minute.

  I would have to say that they are perfect. This is one auto transport company that will do a good job all the time. Their will be no problems dealing with this car transport company at all.

  This is one great auto transport company. The car transport service that was provided to me was very good. I would tell every one to use this auto shipping company. Great customer service and kept me updated about my car.
