  The woman who answers the phone is so incredibly rude and unprofessional. I called twice to make an appointment and she raised her voice at me before hanging up -- this happened twice! Went somewhere else because of her, huge turn off.

  Worst haircut I've ever gotten showed her a picture and she did the complete opposite I would not recommend going there if u have long hair and are looking for a trim

  The front desk lady gave my mom a huge attitude after she had ignored her. She had also done it to another customer earlier. Hair wise, my moms hair and mine came out great

  Gina is fantastic. Love the cut and color I've gotten from her and I've had both long and short hair since I've been going there. She's extremely nice and the prices can't be beat which is an added bonus. You can make an appointment - I always do. Not sure why some reviews say you can't.
