  Felt like we were disturbing the people working there by trying to insure a vehicle. Rude customer service, there were no other customers there and phone was not ringing. Didn't tell us about any discounts available, when we did ask, we were told about the current insurance discount the woman made us wait 10 min while she called and verified there were no lapses in payment. After fighting through the long ordeal was told because the car wasn't there (just purchased it and didnt have tags yet because you need insurance to get registered) they couldnt give us liability. ???? I have never heard that one before. We Ended up going to A-star insurance on Beach street and getting it done in a much quicker and friendlier manner, and still made it to the title office in time which was a breeze compared to this place.

  Me and my mom were looking for a new insurance company, plus we were getting a new car and needed to get insurance on the vehicle before we can leave the lot with it so we had seen the commercials on T.V and decided to check them out. We had the worst experience ever apparently they charge for the application and they had the worst insurance agents were not helpful at all liability came with no extra coverage like uninsured motorist or tow truck assistance or anything and it was $50 for just my mom to be insured on one of the cars the full coverage was a terrible deal we went to state farm got a great deal $60 for both her and I to be insured with all the extra stuff anf im not 25 yet so useally its more expensive they had great agents and good deals on both liability and full coverage

  Day before yesterday, My friend had an accident and yesterday they left her stranded at the repair shop without car rental totally and blew her off even though she had full coverage. Today is over and she has called multiple times and they have not called her back!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible.
