::Skid Row is probably one of the filthiest places in LA. Mentally Ill Homeless Live on These Streets. These are individuals who are addicted to drugs and have many forms of STD's and Illnesses. It is very common to find used heroine syringes and condoms lying around on the streets and sidewalks. The very same sidewalk that we are now seeing young children sitting and lying on. I am all about helping the ones in need. However skid-row is no place to collect innocent young children.
