::Every aspect of my interaction with Franzoso Contracting was pleasant, efficient and professional, from my first pricing inquiry to the communication leading up to the job to the day of installation. Couldn’t be happier!

::I just completed my second, and probably final, utilization of Franzoso contracting on a roofing project. The work seems to be good but the customer service of this company needs to be severely overhauled. As I stated this is the second time that I utilized Franzoso for a roofing project. The first time was approximately three years ago to correct a shoddy job from another company. Again the job seemed to be good and the work was done as we agreed upon with one exception. The only problem, upon completion, was that the replacement shingles were not a match for the ones that were not being replaced, not even close. Not being a roofer I assumed that they would lose color and match due to the weather conditions that they would be enduring. Nope. Now fast forward to October 2017 and after having another leak I decided to replace the roof and went back to Franzoso for the job. The representative showed up for the job assessment and was surprised at the difference in the shingle colors that I just mentioned and I informed him that it was he who did the previous job assessment and ordered the new roof shingles and color that did not match. Dumbfounded. After the job was agreed upon I waited approximately two months before the job was started, no big deal there. The problems I have are that I was informed that a representative, Jacob, would do a walk-through and final invoice upon completion of the job, which was completed on a Friday night. I asked the job foreman, on this Friday night, when Jacob was going to be stopping by and he said "I don't know. I spoke with him earlier and he said that he was going to." This was at approximately 7:00 P.M. I then asked him about the removal of the dumpster that was sitting in my driveway if it would be removed on Saturday and he said "No. Probably not. There is no one working on Saturday to pick it up. Probably Monday morning." Saturday morning I called the office and I was informed that this was true. I would have my weekend and things that I needed to get done put on hold because Franzoso Contracting doesn't remove their dumpsters on weekends. NOT COOL Mr. Franzoso!! NOT COOL!! I received an email at approximately 2:45 P.M. from Peter, the job scheduler, that following Monday that he had the container removed first thing on Monday. Gee, what a coincidence that I just happened to see the truck that removed the container driving away at 10:15 A.M. as I was returning from an appointment. I don't know, but that isn't first thing in the morning to me. That's more like the driver came to work, inspected his truck, and then went to breakfast, then removed the dumpster. All of this and I still haven't met Jacob and had my walk-through and final invoice. Never again. That's all that I have to say. Mr. Franzoso. I really hope that you address these issues and individuals. And my word of advice to potential customers. If a job is quoted as a one or two day job, make sure that it won't be completed on a Friday otherwise you will probably have a dumpster sitting on your property for a weekend.

::Your driver's should learn the rules of the road. At approximately or about 12:35..I was behind one of your little vans at the light north bound on route 9 /Merritt blvd....the light was red...when light turns green the van proceeded to go in the right hand ends lane to pass a mail truck and another car on the left barely clearing the lane before it ended..the far right hand lane is not a speed lane ...all because he couldn't wait a couple of extra seconds...to go to where but the Dunkin Doughnuts drivethru on Elm St in Fishkill...real professional drivers I say not...to bad a cop wasn't around
