  Sloped grass area with nice view of the Space Needle and a few houses / apartment buildings. Has a few benches for sitting.

  This is a cute little green patch of grass, a few trees, and a couple of park benches. It's not anything you'd go out of your way to see, but it's quite lovely to have it in the neighborhood. I often see people relaxing on blankets and reading books on nice days.
