::Nice zoo with an interesting mix of animals. The gorilla house is quite unique, the African exotics (lion, zebra & co.), however, are rare to find because there is only an outdoor area and Boston often too cold. Nevertheless worth the visit. Try to get tickets through the Boston public library (9$) otherwise it gets pretty expensive...

::Loved it! We all had a great time. The zoo was clean and Animal enclosures looked good. We did sign up for the family so we can go back again the kids loved it so much. We are looking forward to some of the new exhibits coming soon.

::Very family friendly! The animals are well cared for and well loved. There are many play areas for kids and great places to picnic. The peacocks roam freely and you could spot them anywhere. If you live close by, definitely buy a membership. The park is beautiful and the parking is free.

::I can’t believe that this is supposed to be the biggest zoo in the Boston area, or may be late March is not the best time to visit when many animals are not on exhibit. First they were out of maps so we weren’t sure if we weren’t missing anything, the paths and signs are kinda confusing. They only have one place that offers food, which is also odd. The parking lot is messy and not sufficient and the most important part, they don’t have a wide variety of animals. I’ve been to other zoos in way smaller cities and they were better organized and had many animals all year round. I guess the best part is the huge playground they have, my son had a great time playing there.
