::Great experience. My truck was used to help a friend move so it was in bad shape. I never thought it would be clean again. Frankie's did an awesome job. Package is an amazing deal. Manager couldn't have been more helpful and hands on. I was extremely impressed. Highly recommend.

::Packages are basically a rip-off. The Platinum wash, which costs $45/ Month is suppose to at least cover spraying and wiping the car spotless from inside but they only wipe the car with dry towels quickly to go to the next car. The only difference the Platinum wash has from all the other packages is the wax spray (inside the wash machine) and the tire shine. When you tell the manager or the people working there to clean the car better they always say NEXT time just because I have a monthly membership. You will be wasting your money and your time!

::The car washing itself isn't worth the money. I have the highest of all the packages, the Platinum wash, on TWO cars and the package does not cover basic cleaning inside the car such as wiping the doors. the car wash owner is very disrespectful. My friend was trying to explain something to him while the car was coming out and the owner started shouting and demanding my friend to go inside the office. My friend went outside to talk with the owner only with the desk assistant told him he is allowed to do so. The owner continue to shout at my friend and saying that he does not care if we cancel both of the memberships and never apologize for the misunderstanding. I tried explaining to the owner that this was not a proper way to speak to customers and he just walked away while I was talking with him. This could of been handed in a different way but the owner was very arrogant and full of himself that he lost two customers and perhaps any future ones. Save your money and look for a better place that worth your money with better customer service.
