  Do NOT go to this Dentist office! Not only are they rude and nasty they are NOT up to the times. I asked them to email my x-rays to another office and they refused! They said they do not email records! They can "try" to make a copy of them and mail them out. I would love to report them to someone but do not know who!

  Average dentist with no personality, but since I wasn't there to be friends with him that didn't really bother me. What did bother me was when he tried to overcharge us for fillings for my son. We questioned the price before the work was done after checking with insurance but he told us we must have given insurance inaccurate information so we paid him what he asked us to pay and had him do the work. Later when we checked with insurance AGAIN we found out he over charged us by $500.00 dollars. He refused to reimburse us, he said we had agreed to pay that amount. We had to issue a complaint with insurance against him, they investigated and determined he was deceitful about the billing and had overcharged us for services covered by insurance and reimbursed us. My insurance company then went after him for the money. He isn't honest and I would never trust him with my family again.

  DR. FRANKEL CHARGED ME $50.00 FOR AN APPOINTMENT I WAS UNABLE TO MAKE, HE RECEIVES A MONTHLY CAPITALIZATION FROM HORIZON DENTAL CHOICE EVEN IF I DON'T SEE HIM AT ALL.. IN MY OPINION HE JUST SEE $ DON'T CARE ABOUT HIS PATIENTS. THE HYGIENIST IS THE BEST. HE FEELS SO POWERFUL THAT HE IS THE DENTIST AND DON'T FEEL LIKE HE NEED TO SAY HELLO. !!!!!!!!!!!!! HOPE YOU GOT RICHER WITH THE ADDITIONAL $50.00. MOST IMPORTANT ALL HIS DENTAL WORK MUST BE OVER $1200.00 PER TOOTH . THE STAFF FRONTH DESK STAFF VERY RUDE. !!!!!! THANK YOU LORD FOR HAVING DENTISTS THAT REALLY CARES ABOUT THERE PATIENTS.
