  My fiancé was going here for a while and was happy w the way she was treated, the girl who cleaned her teeth and the 1st Dentist that worked on her was VERY pleasant. She had EXTREMELY BAD experience as a child when came to her teeth. Her parents never took her to the Dentist, she had a fear that she was beginnin to get over, at the same time, she had lost 3 molers from teeth not taken care of ( along w 4 wisdom removed) When she smiled it was noticed. : -( Long story short, (try) her 3rd visit a cavity was seen by the other Dentist where he sent her to an Oral Surgeon....#1 he was nasty to her twice and I believe his name was John Breuer. I do not want to mistake the 2 Dentists, cause Frank Granati was VERY PLEASANT ! #2 She asked him a question, his response was, "I just told you". His attitude was sooo unprofessional !!!! Before I forget, the Oral Surgeon said "since her prior visit was less than 1 year earlier, this obviously was a cavity at the time and should have been filled then", here it is less than 1yr later and the tooth needs a root canal (that SHE has to pay for) he also said that the tooth should NOT be pulled ! It needed the root canal. He definitely didn't want to remove ANOTHER TOOTH. The root canal was in September, Oral Surgeon was October, here it is December 28th, She's in EXTREME PAIN by now, loosing sleep, cant eat, tears, she didn't want to go sit in emergency room for hours, so she called the Insuranc Co. waited another 3 weeks, just to get denied. 2X.. so she has to come up w $500.00 for the root canal. All of the sudden her original Dentist doesn't take her Insurance any more. It's December 28, that's B/S. The Ins can't/doesn't stop till end of the year. All because I was told by Oral Surgeon to get pain meds (which she has not asked for AT ALL the 4 mths she's been in pain. Her holidays were ruined (she has a young daughter, RUINED). The only would give her antibiotics, there is NO INFECTIONS !!!! Sorry this took.a long time, we just felt it should be mentioned, advice from her brotheerlaw who is a Lawyer and is taking care of this horrible way she was treated as it was mentioned, very sad everyone in office was plesant, one, man is ruining it for the whole office. There was more to say about a filling this ass fixed for her but I have taken enough of your time. T

  Just got a root canal done and didn't feel a thing. Dr. Granati took his time to be sure my procedure was completed with perfection. His attention to detail, wisdom and experience is top notch.
