  Guess you get what you pay for. Flat fee attorney that goes with the flow, no urgency whatsoever. Does not have anyone working for him which creates more delays. Used for an eviction which turned out to take longer than we both expected but cmon man, get aggressive, there was no need to act like a limp D. Once it was over, Frank never followed up with the sheriff nor try to collect on the judgement (should have never gave him that business anyway but figured he would at least outsource it). In fact, I havent heard from him in 2 months despite numerous emails/phone calls. I would like to at least hear his voice when I tell him he needs to step it up, but here I am, me and my keyboard....

  What an incredible person. This is the Lawyer you would want to represent you as a tenant or landlord. Had a great outcome and honestly he is a blessing of a person. Mr. Cherry met with me two days before I had trial in real estate court Nassau County. Sat down for two hours and heard my side of the case, and took my retainer fee saying he would be there for me first thing Monday morning. He was there early, conferred with the other attorney, and didn't give in. Surprised to see no reviews, but that's because when people are happy with the outcome, they won't give a minute to write one. Thank you to my friend Craig who referred Frank Cherry, and trust me when I say you won't be disappointed if you retain him as your Attorney. Thank you Frank, you are the Genuine Article!
