  The building is pretty run down, went there for my first drum lesson. Small studios to rent out seem decent for band practices or studio recordings.

  Great rehearsal studio. Nothing too amazing but holds a special place in the hearts of most local musicians.

  Musician paradise. You can play as loud as you want for whenever...no one will complain. Of course that's why you pay for space. But even then...your own private room? Can't beat it it. Just be careful and lock your stuff. The area is a little rough.
